Registered Dental Hygienist
I am a caring and compassionate Hygienist that has worked in the dental field for over 35 years. Because of my Mother being in the dental industry I have been learning dental success in the field for over 47 years. I have always been interested and in love with the idea of improving the care and service patients receive in the practices I have been a part of. I am currently a Hygienist in two Dental practices and have been a part of several successful practices over my career.
My love and passion for the dental field led me on my adventure into teaching Dental Hygiene at the YVCC Dental Hygiene program. I loved helping mold students into caring and highly qualified Hygienists. I continue to improve my skills to care for and communicate with my patients and team.
Aside from caring for my many patients and being a hard worker, I have a deep love for my family. I have a big heart for helping and enjoying time with friends and new acquaintances alike. I am very active with outdoor activities and sports which include water and snow skiing, hiking, boating and riding my beloved Harley. After growing up in Wenatchee, WA. I now reside in University Place, WA.
Certified Dental Assistant
Alex began as a dental assistant in high school and has continued to learn and grow in this field with a special interest in dental implants. She looks forward to making her patients feel cared for and comfortable while receiving their treatment, all the while learning about them and their families. Her three children, Daniel, Olivia, and Camilla keep both her and her husband very busy with their early college courses and multiple music classes. Her favorite part of the day is waking up to Albert, one of her two kitties, purring and having him follow her around the house while she gets ready for work. Alex enjoys hiking, jogging, church, and performing makeovers on fellow staff members and friends.
